PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

The Ramirez/Sipsas Team provides financial guidance and creates wealth management strategies for individuals, families and businesses. We work with each of our clients as well as their accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisors to construct integrated solutions tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Don Ramirez has been a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch since 1995 and is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor. Don has great depth of knowledge in professional money management, tax and estate planning. His primary team responsibilities include development and implementation of customized investment strategies for each client as well as ongoing portfolio review. He is committed to his clients' interests and is proud to have consistently been rated a Platinum Service Provider as determined through client surveys.

Don is a graduate of USC's Marshall School of Business and is a CFM, a professional designation earned by Merrill Lynch advisors who complete a series of complex exams on advanced financial and retirement planning strategies. Don is the current President of the San Luis Obispo County Council for Planned Giving and serves on the board of Camp Ocean Pines. He is also an active member of the Cambria Rotary.

Helen Sipsas joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor in 2006 after a decade in corporate finance. She has earned her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning. Helen's primary team responsibilities include retirement planning, client development and community outreach.
Helen holds a bachelor degree from USC's Marshall School of Business and an MBA in finance from Loyola Marymount University. Helen is the President of the USC Alumni Club of SLO, and serves on the board of the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden. She is an active member of the Morro Bay Chapter of the American Association of University Women and the San Luis Obispo Rotary. Helen and Don Ramirez are married and live in San Luis Obispo with their daughters Emily and Lauren.

Janice Dickinson is a Registered Client Associate, and has been in the financial services industry since 1983. Janice's primary team responsibility is client service; she focuses on client inquiries, cash and security transfers, account opening and client file maintenance. Janice is a graduate of Allen Hancock College in Santa Maria and lives in Santa Maria with her husband Scott and their son George.
