PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Charles R. Mihalick,CFP^®certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., Wealth Management Advisor and Portfolio Manager PIA Program who joined Merrill Lynch in 2000. His previous experience covers over 23 years in financial management as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer providing leadership in manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Prior to his senior executive assignments Chuck was a Certified Public Accountant with a major international accounting firm. He received an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California and a BSBA degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.

Lance H. Jencks, CRPC is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Vice President, and Senior Financial advisor who has worked with Merrill Lynch since 1982. A Certified Financial Manager, Lance was an early advocate of comprehensive planning as the requisite basis for sound financial management. He has been a resident of Costa Mesa since 1965, and is active in community service in the Newport-Mesa area.

The Mihalick Group concentrates on assisting individuals, business owners and corporate clients in developing strategies for meeting their financial goals. Our approach utilizes financial profiles to define client resources, quantify their goals and understand their personal preferences. Through this method we develop an appropriate strategy to help clients reach their financial objectives. Once a strategy is agreed upon with the client and their advisors, we assist in implementing the strategy as well as monitoring progress with quarterly and annual reviews.
