PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

A native New Yorker, Eric has been in the financial services industry since 1989. Beginning on the floor of the Coffee, Sugar, and Cocoa Exchange, he was trained by some of the top options traders on Wall Street. With memberships on both the Comex and Amex, Eric was a market maker in the options of both commodities and equities. Having developed a keen understanding of the markets, Eric left the trading floor to provide advice to institutions in complex arbitrage strategies. As a member of the management of a hedge fund, he was able to successfully navigate the volatility of 1998-2002 for his partners.

Joining Merrill Lynch in 2006 as a Financial Advisor, Eric specializes in wealth management strategies that use options and ETF based portfolios.

Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BBA in Finance. He lives in Austin with his wife Stacey and their two children.
