In 1914, Charles Merrill founded our firm based on the commitment that “the interests of our clients always come first.” Kelly L. Belcher adheres to this same principle today; the client must come first.

Kelly forms a strategic partnership with each client. That partnership begins with the assessment of goals and setting target objectives that are flexible enough to adapt to changing personal and business financial needs. Kelly then works together with the client to set strategies into action, developing solutions and identifying opportunities that will influence financial success and security.

Kelly specializes in wealth creation and wealth management through the development of customized investment strategies. Drawing upon the breadth and depth of Total Merrill®, the client has access to a broad range of financial capabilities and an open architecture of investment vehicles.

By shifting the burdens and stress of financial management, the client is free to focus on the many other activities that are pertinent and enjoyable in their lives.

Kelly has been a Financial Advisor for over 4 years, joining Merrill Lynch in 2008. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a Master’s degree in Financial Planning and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Kelly is a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association, the FPA of Houston, the Heights Chamber of Commerce, the Shady Acres Civic Club, and various other community betterment organizations. He lives in the Heights of Houston with his wife, Emily.
