PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

R. Lee Harrell, CFM is a Financial Advisor in the Austin Arboretum Office. Lee began his career providing wealth management advice and services in 1991, with a focus on fixed-income in the capital markets. As a Vice President with a major investment bank, he worked closely with a number of the firm's largest institutional clientele creating fixed-income securities trading strategies. He later worked with small to medium businesses at a leading financial services firm. In January 2002, he joined Merrill Lynch. He focuses on financial strategies, investment consulting and liability management needs of affluent families and businesses.


Lee serves as a board member on The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Advance Team. He also serves on The Children's Council of The Children's Medical Center Foundation of Central Texas. Lee, his wife Jennifer, and their two children live in Austin.
