Rachel has been with Merrill Lynch for the past 6 years and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation. One aspect of this designation is that she voluntarily holds herself to the high ethical standards set forth by the Board.

The integration of financial planning and investment management is what sets Rachel apart. Together with her partner and support staff, Rachel seeks to deliver a client-focused process and personal service that fosters long-term client relationships.

Rachel provides disciplined investment advice and enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals by addressing each of the 6 wealth management issues: planning for retirement, estate planning, charitable giving, income protection, assisting children or aging parents, and managing liabilities. She works closely with clients' accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisors to facilitate a collaborative effort resulting in the best possible client experience. Merrill Lynch specialists are also brought onto the team when clients need specific expertise in insurance, lending, business finances, or retirement planning.

After spending several of her childhood years in Kenya, Rachel returned to the United States and earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Minnesota Planned Giving Association, the Minneapolis Estate Planning Council. She serves on the board of the American Association of University Women, and is an active volunteer with the American Diabetes Association and her church.
