Douglas C. Iles, Senior Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor has worked for Merrill Lynch since 1981. Doug lives in Saginaw with his wife of 26 years and three children. He specializes in financial services for uniquely successful families, business owners and non-profit organizations. Doug is a graduate of Central Michigan University, and serves on their foundation board.

Scott A. Schropp, Vice President, has worked in the financial services industry since 1984. He previously held the position of President and CEO of Merrill Lynch Trust Bank of Michigan. Scott's experience in trusts and estate planning has been a direct benefit to the uniquely successful families who work with the team. He granduated with a B.S. degree in accounting from Ferris State University and is a graduate of Northwestern University Graduate Trust School. He is currently a philanthropic advisor to the Council on Foundations. He serves on committees for both the Saginaw Community Foundation and the Bay Area Community Foundation. Scott lives in Saginaw with his wife and two children.

Thomas A. Braley, Assistant Vice President has been in the Financial Services Industry since 1984. He is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, where Tom earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Tom serves on the board for the CAN Council of Saginaw. He has been a lifelong resident of Saginaw County.

Daniel L. Bade, Vice President has been with Merrill Lynch since 1990. Dan is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he earned a B.A. in Business, with a Marketing Major and Accounting and General Business Minors. He has been elected to serve on the Frankenmuth School Board. He lives in Frankenmuth with his wife and two tean-age children.

Mary Leahy Rankey has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1984. She is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a major in Finance, and has been with Merrill Lynch since 1992. She is a memeber of the advisory board for the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, and is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at the Saginaw Community Foundation. Mary lives in Bay City, where she was born and raised.
