Frank X. Shannon, CFP® - First Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor

Frank, the senior partner of the group, has worked for Merrill Lynch for the last 25 years. He was the Complex Sales Manager for 11 years and is currently the Resident Director of the Yardley, Pa., office. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he served on active duty in the Navy and retired as a Captain. Frank received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BA from Princeton University. Frank has achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He lives with his wife, Lou, in Hopewell and has two grown children and a grandson.


Mary S. Batcha, CFP®, CRPC® - Assistant Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor

Mary joined Merrill Lynch and The Shannon Group in 2001. Prior to Merrill Lynch, she worked at Bloomberg L.P and SG Cowen. Mary graduated from Dickinson College. Mary has achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Additionally, she has earned a designation as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM. She currently resides with her husband, Christian, and son, Connor, in Hopewell.


F. Xavier Shannon IV, CFP® - Financial Advisor

Xavier joined Merrill Lynch and The Shannon Group in early 2006. He gained experience in the financial services industry in Annapolis, Md., working for Legg Mason and Smith Barney. Xavier graduated from The University of Maryland, College Park. Xavier has achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Sarah.


Sharon A. Newcamp - Senior Associate

Sharon's vast knowledge of Merrill's services has benefited clients for 24 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Wagner College. Sharon lives with her husband in Hamilton. She has two grown children.
