With a financial services career that started in 1978, Ron relishes in guiding clients along the path to their financial future. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1994 and advises individuals, small business owners, corporations, nonprofit organizations and public agencies. As the veteran of the team, Ron defines the investment philosophy and discipline. Ron is a specially qualified Senior Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. Senior Portfolio Managers are provided a high degree of flexibility in constructing portfolios and selecting securities. When servicing clients through the firm’s Investment Advisory Program, a Senior Portfolio Manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis. After meeting certain additional requirements, a Senior Portfolio Manager may use his own strategies to manage the assets of clients working with other Merrill Lynch Advisors”. He holds the designations of Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) and Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®). Ron received a bachelor's degree from UC San Diego and a master's degree from UC Riverside.

Ron serves on the Planned Giving Board for UC Riverside. Additionally, he has taught investment courses at UC Riverside, Santa Ana College and Rancho Santiago Community College.

Dennis D. Egizi

Dennis began his career in financial services in 1998. He focuses on simplifying clients' lives by making complex financial strategies easier to understand and execute. Dennis thrives on building strong relationships with clients and guiding them as they pursue their goals. In addition to client service, he focuses on portfolio management. Dennis holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation and earned his bachelor's degree from CSU San Bernardino.

A former board member, Dennis continues to stay actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). He is also a member of Canyon Crest Country Club. When not working, Dennis enjoys family camping trips and is an avid golfer. He and his wife, Danika, and their children, Dane, Daphne and Darla, live in Riverside, California.

Ray launched his financial services career when he joined Merrill Lynch in 2010 after a legal career, where he was admitted to the U.S. Tax Court.* Ray enjoys helping clients develop realistic financial goals and designing wealth management strategies to help preserve their wealth for future generations. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne College of Law.

Giving back to the community is important to Ray. He serves on the board of directors for LifeStream, a nonprofit, comprehensive blood center serving more than 80 medical facilities in Southern California. He is also a former board member of the Corona-Norco United Way and is actively involved in the Circle City Rotary club, as well as his local church. In his free time, Ray enjoys hiking, golfing and spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four children.

Alexandra Dodds
Financial Advisor


Alexandra embarked on her financial services career in 1999 with a focus on banking and relationship management for individuals, families and successful business owners. She later joined Merrill Lynch in 2015. She earned her B.S. at UC San Diego, Revelle, in 2006. Alexandra is dedicated to every client and implements a holistic approach in developing a meaningful strategy to help clients reach their goals and realize their financial potential. She is passionate about supporting women in their growing need and pursuit to manage their wealth.

Alexandra is a member of the Temecula Valley Womens Club, provides mentorship to students through local STEM Programs and supports organizations such as Rancho Damacitas, Parkinson Disease Foundation and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Alexandra resides in Winchester and enjoys running, fishing and spending time with her daughter.

Rosa M. Torres
Client Associate


A vital member of Ridgeway, Egizi & Associates, Rosa joined Merrill Lynch in 1995. She is responsible for operational support of the team, as well as account administration for clients. Hardworking and friendly, Rosa is committed to delivering prompt and reliable service to all clients. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Rosa lives in Fontana, California with her husband Luis.

Cecy Tahan
Client Associate


Cecy joined Merrill Lynch in 2014 and assists Rosa with the operational and adminstrative support of the team. Cecy manages the team calendar and is responsible for scheduling all of the client reviews and meetings. She is passionate about providing proactive and timely service to our clients and their families. Cecy, along with her husband and daughter, live in Riverside, California.

I can be a financial resource, helping clients with the process of transferring wealth to the younger generation.
