The Tashjian Farkas Group offers affluent clients a clear, incisive approach to goals-based wealth management. We help guide affluent clients by offering strategies designed for the long term and the varying needs that might arise during a lifetime. We do this by asking thoughtful questions, including, "What is your true path?" For most people, the answer evolves over time, and our team is adept at helping modify your financial strategies to keep them in line with changing outlooks.

Helping you find your "true path"

A lot of financial advice starts with the questions, "What will make you money?" and "What will help you keep what you have?" Growth and preservation are essential to any sensible financial strategy, of course, and they are important areas of our team's focus. However, we feel we can advise and guide you better if we understand what makes you happy and what you most want out of life, and then help you discover ways in which your wealth can best help you construct a path toward those desires.

In doing so, we ask clients to look beyond the general idea of "retirement" to understand specifically what post-career life means day to day—and if it's really the start of another career, of a different kind. When we see a goal of "charitable giving," we ask about the vision behind the gift and how it could change you and the recipients. If we hear that you seek a certain income goal, we ask, "Why that number?" Given what you most want to do, that income goal might be too conservative or too aggressive, considering the risk needed to pursue it.

By using our experience and skill, we can look past known models and pre-packaged programs to seek the specific combination of investments and services that, in our opinion, would be most beneficial to an individual's or family's needs.
