Lawrence began his career with Merrill Lynch in Vero Beach in 1976 and is a Vice President, Senior Consultant. Lawrence leverages his tenure and experience within the firm to bring to his clients a broad range of services. He serves as an consultant to multiple generations of families and his value to his clients extends beyond investment management. His wealth management core values are rooted in highly customized services and strategies designed to meet the needs and complexities that come with serving a diversified client base. These include helping clients pursue their retirement lifestyle goals, providing for a child or grandchilds education, and developing tax minimization strategies for transferring legacy wealth to the people and causes that are important to his clients. Lawrence uses a consultative approach, exploring his clients needs and goals, their liquidity requirements, time horizons and risk tolerance. He bases his recommendations on this knowledge and believes this approach, combined with his work ethic and high level of service is the reason many of his client relationships span over several decades and multiple generations. Lawrence places his clients needs first and works everyday at building on the level of trust required to make this advisory relationship most valuable to his clients. He is a graduate of University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He lives in Vero Beach with his wife, Carole and is very active in the community. He supports several organizations which include, VNA-Hospice, Riverside Theatre, Vero Beach Museum, ARC of IRC, Toys for Tots, Save the Chimps, Alzheimer and Parkinson Assoc., Indian River Land Trust, Youth Sailing, ALS, McKee Botanical Gardens, Quail Valley Charities and The University of Miami.
