During our initial meetings, in addition to gathering pertinent financial data, we focus on other areas of importance including: your family, health, leisure, giving, home and work. Going beyond your investment statements, insurance policies and other financial documents, we seek to capture a clear understanding of who you are, what is important to you and how we can help.
Regular tailored portfolio reviews provide you with an opportunity to reassess your asset allocation in light of changes in the market or your personal situation. If changes to your portfolio are needed, we will work together to evaluate the risk versus return of each investment recommendation in order to remain within your stated risk tolerance.
Working together and maintaining relationships with your attorneys, accountants and other key professionals helps us to clarify the various aspects of your wealth management strategy. We can also access Merrill specialists as needed, in such areas as managed solutions, insurance, and estate and retirement planning services, to gain their insight on your behalf. The foundation of our investment philosophy is to get to know each client individually in order to clearly understand his or her needs, goals and aspirations. We also want to know that their expectations are reasonable given their time horizon, liquidity needs, short- and long-term goals and risk tolerance. Once we have that understanding, we identify investments that are appropriate to help pursue their needs and wants, while considering costs, efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategies for business: We help corporate executives and entrepreneurs focus on business and personal finances by offering access to a significant range of financial services, including corporate cash management, retirement plan services, business succession, estate planning services, gifting strategies and insurance.
