Led by two CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioners*, the Kielt Ullo Group strives to bring simplicity and transparency to the complexities of your financial life. We start by taking the time to ask hard, smart questions and to listen carefully, then to understand exactly where your wealth stands today, and where you’d like it to be tomorrow. We then help you design, implement and periodically monitor a customized wealth management strategy that helps you pursue goals such as planning for children’s or grandchildren’s education, ensuring money lasts in retirement, covering potential health care costs and/or preserving your wealth. Throughout this process is a passion to provide an exception level of client care and service.

We also partner with the Private Executive Services (PES) Team. Founded in 1991, the PES Team is the largest and longest-tenured Private Banking team at Merrill Lynch. The team is headquartered in New York with a satellite location in Boston. 
 
The Private Executive Services (PES) Team members hold professional knowledge in both institutional and individual executive services. These include concentrated stock position planning, Black-Scholes stock option modeling, 10(b)5-1 trading plans, block trading, and concentrated stock diversification strategies. 


*CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ AND CFP® are certification marks owned by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and is awarded to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
*A Rule 10(b)5-1 Trading Plan does not relieve the seller from the requirements of Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, which covers the sale of control or restricted stock held by an individual. Any affiliate of the issuing company and holders of restricted securities are subject to this rule. The seller remains responsible for all Rule 144 requirements, including volume limitations and Form 144 filing. Conditions for resale of restricted and control securities are separate requirements under Rule 144. However, a trading plan may be designed taking those issues into consideration. The individual officer or director as the beneficial owner of the issuer’s securities is responsible for making timely and complete filings under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
