Paige Lynn Spalding



Paige joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 1992, starting her career in Tampa, Florida.  She is a second-generation Merrill Lynch advisor, moving home to Billings, MT in 1996 to work with her Father and advisor, Dick Spalding.  After spending 3 years together, she continues at Merrill as a Wealth Management Advisor, with many multigenerational families around the country, particularly in her home state.  She holds her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning.  She holds her Series 7, 63, 65 FINRA registrations, and Insurance License.

She enjoys working with clients, whom are mutually a good fit, to be their friend and advocate.  Together they put in place a simplified approach to the financial puzzle of their lives, each being unique in their own way.  With mutual trust at the forefront of the relationship she has with her clients, she enjoys helping families plan for retirement, educating children, multigenerational wealth planning strategies, and providing excellent care of her clients in everything she does.  She considers her life at Merrill a privilege and honor, to be a trusted partner in the decisions her clients are making in many of their most important lifetime endeavors.

Active in the Billings community, Paige serves on the Big Sky State Games Board, Missions United Board, Cottonwood Park Supporting Organization, and the LOUVIN Foundation.  She is an active member in the First Presbyterian Church and serves as a Deacon.  She enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her Havanese puppy.  She is a graduate from the University of Montana and enjoys participating in the future of higher education in her professional life, by serving on the University of Montana Alumnae Association, and successfully co-chairing the Montanans for Higher Education campaign in 2018.  She has served on various non-profit boards; the Alberta Bair Theater, St. John’s United, Western Heritage Center, the Junior League of Billings, Yellowstone River Parks Assn., and the Montana Audubon Education Center in Billings.

She has a strong desire to give back to her community and humanity as a whole, which is noted by the way in which she spends her free time.

I follow the deep-seated Merrill tradition of participating in the communities we serve. This drives my interest in spending time volunteering with organizations in our community.

As a multigenerational team, our pledge is to take EXCELLENT care of our clients.  Our team consists of two generations of financial professionals, giving us a unique collective insight into the history and future outlook of wealth management.  Blending our collective skill sets, allows us to apply a broad knowledge base when we collaborate to serve you.  We have the honor of serving four generations of clients, and we feel our strategy well compliments the needs that they have.
