We can help you create the legacy you desire, by working closely with your tax advisor and estate planning attorney, as well as trust and estate planning professionals to recommend tax-minimization strategies and review your wills, trusts and life insurance. 

Business owners look to us to help pursue their goals through assistance with retirement and defined-benefit plan services, cash management strategies, exit planning, acquisition and valuation of the sale of their business. We also offer access to credit, lending, corporate cash management, corporate financing, and other banking services through Bank of America.

Joining Merrill in 2002, Kimberly focuses on providing extensive and attentive service to clients. In 2008 she was appointed Resident Director of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Missoula Branch office. Since joining Merrill, Kimberly has focused on business development in retirement as well as estate planning strategies where she works with clients legal advisors in developing their estate plan, investment strategies and financial advice. 

Kimberly resides in Missoula with her husband, Mike and two children.

Brian J. Eicholtz, CPFA

Brian began his career in 2010 as a Financial Advisor. In 2013, after earning is M.B.A. from the University of Montana, he joined his mother-in-law, Kimberly Roth. In 2018 Brian earned the Senior Financial Advisor and Senior Vice President titles. 

Brian focuses on the complex issues faced by the career-building generation who are concerned with building and preserving their wealth. He focuses on guiding clients through the retirement process so they can spend their time doing what they enjoy most. Brian oversees the portfolio management, portfolio strategy creation, client relationship management, and strategy development for the team. 

After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Montana, Brian continued his education, earning an M.B.A. from his alma mater. Committed to giving back to his community, Brian served as a firefighter for four summers with Montana’s Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. There he learned the value of hard work, good communication and being part of a team. Brian, his wife Danielle and two daughter's Ella and Mya live in Missoula. In his time away from the office, Brian enjoys skiing, fishing and spending time at his cabin with his family.

Danielle began her career at Merrill in 2011, in the Missoula branch office while attending college. After graduating from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis on human and public relations, and a minor in Media Arts, Danielle joined her mother, Kimberly Roth, as a Client Associate for The Roth Group. Today, she continues to use her communication skills to provide a high level of personalized attention and exceptional client service to clients. She enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and goes above and beyond to meet the needs, expectations and address any questions and concerns, quickly and effectively. 

With her loyal, hardworking, and passionate personality, Danielle is thought of as the “go-to” for many client’s needs. When timely answers are needed on account questions, Danielle is often the first stop for advisors and clients. Stepping in and delivering customized service support to clients with a high level of internal services to the advisor team is one of her main priorities. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, opening and servicing accounts, planning client events and seminars, generating reports, business development, marketing, and overall team operations. She is also well versed with Merrill’s online tools and takes the time to introduce clients to the Firm’s latest technology. 

She appreciates being part of a team that plays a key role in helping manage clients investments to pursue their desired retirement lifestyle. 

Danielle, her husband Brian and two daughter's Ella and Mya reside in Missoula where she enjoys days at the lake, hiking with her two dogs, Duke and Lola, skiing and spending time with her friends and family.

My mission is to understand you and your priorities. To take the time, to ask hard, smart questions and to listen carefully, then to understand, in great detail, exactly where your wealth stands today, and where you'd like it to be tomorrow. I help you design, implement and periodically monitor a customized wealth management strategy that helps you and your family pursue your personal financial goals while managing investment risk. My wealth management approach is about using wealth to help turn goals into reality.

That's why, from the start, we talk about your aspirations and encourage you to ask questions about issues that matter most to you. Worried about managing future health care expenses? With access to the investment insights of Merrill and the banking convenience of Bank of America, I will work with you to develop strategies designed to help address your financial needs.

Drawing upon research in the field of behavioral finance, Merrill developed the Investment Personality Assessment to help me get to know you better as an investor and help you refine your investing preferences. By gaining a deeper understanding of how you think and feel about investing, through this assessment I can customize financial strategies together. Using an understanding of your priorities and investment personality as a foundation, I help you access the full breadth of resources from Bank of America’s banking products and services and Merrill’s investment insights to address all aspects of your financial life.

My process is designed to help deliver a customized, consistent experience to assist clients not only in wealth accumulation and preservation, but in areas that go beyond investment management. My ability to provide access to the investment insights of Merrill, as well as banking, trust and fiduciary services from Bank of America offers a way to help clients manage all of the pieces of their financial lives. I view myself as a financial resource, helping clients with strategies for transferring wealth to the younger generation.
