We can help you create the legacy you desire, by working closely with your tax advisor and estate planning attorney, as well as trust and estate planning professionals to recommend tax-minimization strategies and review your wills, trusts and life insurance. 

Business owners look to us to help pursue their goals through assistance with retirement and defined-benefit plan services, cash management strategies, exit planning, acquisition and valuation of the sale of their business. We also offer access to credit, lending, corporate cash management, corporate financing, and other banking services through Bank of America.

As founder of the Roth-Eicholtz Group, I work closely with retirees, families, professionals, and business owners, helping them pursue a more cohesive and purposeful financial future. 

Deeply committed to the well-being of each client, offering a highly personalized approach that testifies to the importance of each relationship. I began my Merrill career in 2002, providing in-depth knowledge of multiple wealth disciplines: investment management, retirement planning, business and succession planning, wealth transfer, and access to credit and banking through Bank of America. Clients look to me for in-depth analysis of their needs, bolstered by an empathetic understanding of their unique circumstances, family dynamics, and long-term aspirations. In 2008, the frim appointed me as the Resident Director of the Missoula Branch office, given my leadership capabilities and advisory skills. I foster a highly responsive and client-centered culture that is grounded in the distinctive priorities of each client and family.

Prior to joining Merrill, I worked for 15 years in California and Montana managing large retail complexes, a role that heightened my understanding of diverse business needs, from small-business owners and regional enterprises, to national corporations. My tenure and continuity with Merrill has intensified my ability to connect clients to the resources and opportunities that can streamline their financial lives.


Active in the Missoula community, I currently serve on the board of the Tamarack Grief Center, Destination Missoula, and A Carousel for Missoula. Previously, I was a board member of the Missoula Symphony, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Missoula, the American Heart Association, and the Missoula Cultural Council.

Residing in Missoula with my husband, Mike, I enjoy spending time with my family as well as an avid supporter for the University of Montana football team! 

I also currently hold the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation.

Drawing upon research in the field of behavioral finance, Merrill developed the Investment Personality Assessment to help me get to know you better as an investor and help you refine your investing preferences. Together, I can help customize your investment approach. Using an understanding of your priorities and investment personality as a foundation, I help you access the full breadth of resources from Bank of America’s banking products and services and Merrill’s investment insights to address all aspects of your financial life.

I view myself as a financial resource, helping clients with potential solutions for transferring wealth to the younger generation.
