Bradley Dartez is a Senior Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill formerly from the Austin, Texas area, and now in Whitefish, Montana. Bradley works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and their family members, helping them delineate their financial goals and pursue those objectives with purpose and care. Deeply committed to the well-being of each client, he customizes his work to the unique parameters of each situation, combining strategy, tactics, and service that testify to the singularity of each relationship.  Bradley believes in the value of a solid foundation. He begins his work with in-depth planning, clarifying the intersection of a client’s personal and professional finances. A veteran Advisor, he incorporates the best practices and insights he has gained from advising an accomplished clientele, while integrating the guidance of locally based specialists. Business owners look to Bradley for assistance with executive compensation strategies, including 401(k), cash balance, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and profit-sharing plans. Bradley’s areas of focus also include banking and credit, cash-flow analysis, trust and estate planning services, portfolio design, and alternative investments. Keenly attuned to investment efficiency, he offers a tax- and fee-sensitive approach to portfolio construction.


 Bradley has served as an Advisor at Merrill since 2017. He began his wealth management career with Edward Jones in Austin in 2009. He also spent more than three years with Wells Fargo Advisors, where he catered to the needs of business owners and entrepreneurs. Committed to professional excellence, Bradley holds a number of professional designations, including the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation, and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist, AAMS designation. 

 
 Active in the  community, Bradley volunteered with organizations in the greater Austin area. He is the former President and Vice President of the Oak Hill Business Partners Association (OHBPA) and its associated nonprofit, which sponsored an annual youth mentorship program designed to encourage budding entrepreneurs from area high schools.

 
 Bradley is married to his high-school sweetheart. They have two very active daughters who are competitive gymnasts in the Junior Olympic program. A fitness enthusiast, Bradley has completed multiple triathlons, from Sprint distance to Ironman, and has garnered bronze- and silver-athlete status in the Ironman All World Athlete (AWA) program. In his free time, he follows professional cycling, particularly the grand tours and classic races. He also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including fly fishing and hiking in the Montana backcountry.
