Lisa’s goal is to help clients and their families prepare for their financial futures while living their best lives today. She combines empathy based on personal experience with wealth management knowledge acquired over 30+ years at Merrill. Lisa especially enjoys working with women who are going through life transitions that may affect their wealth, from retirement to divorce or the death of a spouse.

Lisa begins every relationship with candid conversations to understand what wealth means to each client and how it can help them live the lives they imagine. She addresses a range of wealth management concerns, including cashflow and budgeting, the role of risk in investing, and retirement income and legacy planning. By helping clients articulate what they value most, she can assist them in designing strategies aimed at growing, preserving, and passing on their wealth.

Lisa planned to become a doctor but instead chose a career where she can help clients focus on their financial health. A firm believer in continuing education, she is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® professional and also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC, Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA®), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designations. She has received multiple recognitions throughout her career and was named to the Forbes Best in State Advisor1 list for five consecutive years 2018-2022 (published annually Jan - April. Rankings based on data as of June 30 of prior year), Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisor2 list for two consecutive years 2020-2021 (published annually Feb - April. Lisa believes in giving back through mentorship and community service. She has mentored Merrill colleagues individually, as a member of the executive committee of the firm’s Northern New Jersey Women’s Exchange, and through Merrill’s National Advisor Growth Network. In the community, she has volunteered with children through Make-a-Wish® New Jersey and raised funds for AIDS Life Cycle by bicycling from Los Angeles to San Francisco. A 25-year resident of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Lisa is most proud of her work with the Greater Somerset County YMCA. She currently serves on the organization’s board of directors as chairperson of the financial development committee.

My mission is to understand you and what matters most to you. To take the time, to ask hard, smart questions and to listen carefully, then to understand, in great detail, exactly where your wealth stands today, and where you’d like it to be tomorrow. I help you design and implement a customized wealth management approach that helps you and your family pursue your personal financial goals while helping manage investment risk. My wealth management approach is about using wealth to help turn goals into reality.

I begin every relationship with a conversation, helping you identify and prioritize which goals matter most to you. Whether it's transferring wealth to the next generation, customizing your financial approach to help you pursue your passions, or providing advice and guidance to help you stay informed, I start by listening to learn more about you and your family.

Drawing upon research in the field of behavioral finance, Merrill developed the Investment Personality Assessment to help me get to know you better as an investor and help you refine your investing preferences. Together, I can help customize your investment approach. Using an understanding of your priorities and investment personality as a foundation, I help you access the full breadth of resources from Bank of America’s banking products and services and Merrill’s investment insights to address all aspects of your financial life.

My process is designed to help deliver a customized, consistent experience to assist clients not only in wealth accumulation and preservation, but in areas that go beyond investments. My ability to provide access to the investment insights of Merrill, trust and fiduciary services from Bank of America Private Bank, and the banking convenience and lending solutions of Bank of America offers a way to help clients manage all of the pieces of their financial lives. I view myself as a financial resource, helping clients with potential solutions for transferring wealth to the younger generation.
