Our team focuses on delivering wealth management strategies to high net worth individuals, families, trustees, institutions,and businesses while delivering exceptional service.

Our goal is to assist clients in wealth accumulation, capital preservation, and asset transfer strategies through Goals-Based Wealth Management. The process includes asset allocation, portfolio management, liability management, tax minimization, estate planning services, and retirement planning.

We also assist executive clients with concentrated stock positions, hedging, and liquidity strategies through alternative investments and customized strategies. 

Eric is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing their own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the firm’s Investment Advisory Program, a Portfolio Manager may manage their strategies on a discretionary basis. Lastly, we provide succession planning, advice on the private sale of businesses, and have a particular focus on managing company retirement plans.

Eric has been recognized in 2017 by The Financial Times by earning a spot on the annual "Top 401 Retirement Plan Advisors" list.  Merrill Lynch counts him among a select group of financial advisors that have earned the Defined Contribution Investment Consultant designation which allows him to offer access to 3(21) Fiduciary services to Corporate and Institutional retirement plans. Currently, only 83 Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors across the country hold this designation.

Eric is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Eric holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, administered by Investment Management Consultants Association® and taught in conjunction with the MIT Sloan School of Management. He earned the Certified 401k Professional designation. The C(k)P® Designation is administered by The Retirement Advisor University in collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education. Lastly, Eric earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 9, 31, & 66 registrations. He is also a licensed producer for Life, Health, & Variable Annuities. Eric joined Merrill Lynch in 2008.

Eric lives in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey with his wife Theresa and their children Ryan & Sofia. Away from the office, he enjoys time with his family, competitive & recreational offshore fishing, golf, and boating. Eric is a member of the historic Manasquan River Marlin & Tuna Club. Active in community service, he serves on the Board of the Upper Saddle River Baseball Association and previously held a director seat on the board of the Ridgewood AM Rotary Group.

Frank is a graduate of Southeast Missouri University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance. He has attended the Wharton School for executive programs. He holds his Series 7, 31, & 66 FINRA registrations. He is also a licensed producer for Life & Health Insurance. Frank has been with Merrill Lynch since 2008.

Frank is a co-founder, past President, and current Board member of the Institute for Educational Achievement (a school for children with autism). Frank has worked with Habitat for Humanity and Center for Food Action. He also owns a bed and breakfast in Bennington, Vermont. Frank enjoys sports of any kind, carpentry and building things, but most of all, spending time with his wife, Diane, and their two daughters, Kate and Susan.

My process is designed to deliver a customized, consistent experience to assist clients not only in wealth accumulation and preservation, but in areas that go beyond portfolio management. My ability to provide access to the investment insights of Merrill Lynch and the banking convenience of Bank of America offers a way for clients to manage all of the pieces of their financial lives. I can be a financial resource, helping clients with the process of transferring wealth to the younger generation.
