The founders of RM Associates, Frank Robertazzi and Glenn May, formed their team with a singular objective: to help clients throughout the United States simplify the complexities of their financial lives. Skilled problem-solvers, Frank and Glenn bring both analytical and life skills to each client’s situation, designing in-depth strategies to pursue client goals. Together with team members David Biunno, Janna Rosenberg, and Margot O’Neill, they work in concert to provide clients with purposeful frameworks to grow, preserve, and transfer wealth effectively.
With offices in New Jersey and Texas, the team travels regularly to clients and their family members, conducting face-to-face meetings so that they can stay apprised of evolving priorities and needs. They combine their understanding of the changing world economy with sound planning and investment principles, helping executives, business owners, individuals and their families achieve their financial goals.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Frank and Glenn enjoyed successful careers in the electronics and lighting industries. David joined the team from the insurance industry, while Janna came from institutional money management. Margot brings decades of experience in client service. The team’s complementary skills and background help them unwind complex financial issues while staying mindful of each client’s unique circumstances.
The team’s advisors begin each relationship by assessing multiple aspects of each client’s situation: investments, retirement, cash-flow needs, and wealth transfer objectives. They then devise a detailed long-term strategy designed to address issues and leverage efficiencies. “We bring a tax-sensitive approach that integrates my perspective as a CFP® practitioner. We know the value of a thorough blueprint for moving forward,” says Frank.
The team relies on a disciplined process for executing each client’s strategy. “Our methods are grounded in research, analysis, and painstaking implementation,” Janna explains. “We’re quantitatively skilled, applying our investment acumen to develop customized portfolios that reflect the distinctive goals and preferences of each family. We combine our investment strength with parallel capabilities in wealth transfer, banking, and executive services.”
The team serves clients from coast to coast. “When people work with us, we want to see them regularly. Face-to-face meetings allow us to refine our strategies and assess how client portfolios are performing relative to their objectives,” says David.
