We are well-versed in helping corporate executives with the complexities associated with their compensation packages, including company stock options, restricted stock and nonqualified deferred compensation. When guiding you in developing diversification strategies for these holdings, including 10b5-1 sales plan design and execution, Rule 144 sales, cashless stock exercise and sale, restricted sale or charitable techniques, we also consider your other assets and risk tolerance.

In addition to our wealth management capabilities, Raffaele DeGruttola holds the Certified 401(k) Professional C(k)P® designation and Daniel Ceriano and Robert Brunelli hold the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation, and have extensive experience providing guidance on a broad array of corporate benefits, including defined contribution, defined benefit, nonqualified deferred compensation and executive trading programs.  Our process consists of:

  • Needs Assessment to evaluate your plan’s effectiveness, compared with others in the industry. For new plans, we evaluate your business requirements to determine the appropriate retirement plan program
  • Plan Design and Implementation including construction and review of investment menus and education for individual plan participants
  • Plan Investment Assessment using a disciplined process through which we can make fund recommendations, based on performance
  • Employee Communication and Education including enrollment meetings and ongoing seminars to educate employees about using the plan, including choosing distribution elections


We also work with specialists from Merrill's Executive and Equity Plan Services group to help you design and administer benefit programs critical to your company's success.
