Placing the client at the center of a holistic process — while maintaining a market focus — is our goal when leading them through the unique challenges and complexities of their specific situation. 

Our process begins by welcoming and introducing them to our firm, team, and practice with an initial conversation. The goal of the initial conversation is to forge the foundation of a deep and meaningful relationship, which helps us gain a holistic understanding of the client's risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, goals, life priorities, and case-specific financial concerns. 

After the initial conversation, our team begins to craft a customized wealth plan which will guide and inform all future advice, actions, and recommendations made by our team. We create, customize, implement, and fine-tune this plan by drawing from what we discover in our initial conversation and coupling it with the industry-leading investment insights of BofA Global Research and the seamless banking convenience offered by Bank of America. 

Although we spend a tremendous amount of time positioning each of our clients to achieve their goals, our job does not end once we have implemented their plan. As their life and the markets change, we meet to track and adjust strategy and tactics as needed.

Our philosophy centers on the client instead of the markets. We believe a sound strategy for wealth management incorporates every aspect of the client's life, which means success within our philosophy is measured by multiple benchmarks apart from the markets. 

One way we measure our performance is by looking at what the client has said they are trying to accomplish with their wealth and whether or not the plan we implement efficiently and effectively achieves those objectives on time and on target

We also measure success by looking at how well we integrate the client's plan into every aspect of their lives, e.g. estate, trust, insurance, banking, and investments. We succeed in this regard by communicating and partnering with their existing network of licensed professionals, which includes but is not limited to their attorneys, accountants, insurance specialists, and liquidity managers.

By benchmarking ourselves against every aspect of the client's life, we create a transparent system of accountability between the client and our practice.
