We help design an individualized strategy
At Jelley, Udrisky & Associates, we believe in the value of client-specific wealth management strategies. So, getting to know you is crucial as we develop a clear understanding of how you see wealth and investments in the context of your life. We consider several elements of your financial life, including your personality and lifestyle, risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, your individual, family and professional priorities, and how you interpret the role of wealth.
We follow the Merrill goals-based wealth management process, a disciplined, five-step approach designed to gather vital information about your financial vision, help us focus that vision, organize a useful strategy, and then help us suggest investment portfolios that can fill your needs.
Our investment approach rests on these fundamentals: balance risk and return, and diversify. We strive to help you understand the risks that might affect your investment portfolio or long-term wealth strategy.
A careful approach to long-term wealth management
At Jelley, Udrisky & Associates investment process is built upon four pillars:
Asset Allocation: We work with you to apportion your investments into multiple asset classes that reflect your long-term objectives.
Diversification: Among and within asset classes, diversification is a risk-management tool that can help mitigate both short- and long-term risk.
Research: In addition to using BofA Global Research, we study research from other applicable resources to stay abreast of current thinking and points of view in global investment markets. This is crucial to our helping your decision making.
Investment Selection: To help you select the most appropriate opportunities for your portfolios, we typically concentrate on an investment universe that includes domestic and international stocks, bonds, cash and short-term instruments, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.
Additionally, Jelley, Udrisky & Associates can offer extended capabilities in selecting strategies to manage concentrated stock, helping clients through liquidity events, developing retirement income planning strategies, and pursuing wealth transfer solutions based upon the client’s risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, overall investment goals and costs associated with the recommendation.
