Raised in the Philadelphia area, Ryan was introduced to the back pages of The Wall Street Journal at an early age by his father, Bill Galardi. Ryan considers his father Bill, who served as the team's Senior Consultant until April of 2015, his greatest mentor and advisor. After serving his beloved country, his father Bill was hired at his hometown Merrill office in 1971, and sent to New York for management training. Bill's nearly 44 years worth of responsibilities took his wife Nancy and their family - from Wilkes Barre, PA to New York City, Des Moines,IA Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, Doylestown, PA and most recently to Blue Bell, PA. Ryan considers his father's legacy a roadmap of example, and the core of their family-centric business philosophy.
A graduate of La Salle College High School, Ryan received his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, and Master’s degree in Finance from La Salle University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
Originally hired by Merrill in 2001 to work with clients throughout the country at the firm’s Financial Advisory Center, Ryan joined the Galardi Group as a financial advisor in 2005. He enjoys spending time with his two children, their family and friends. Some of his additional interests include: History, Chess, Music, Golf and Tennis.

A 25+ year veteran of financial services, Terry launched her career at BCG Securities and arrived at Merrill Lynch in 1997. Having known many clients for decades, Terry understands that as the size and diversity of wealth increases, the complexity of the challenges many clients face often increases, too. Her combination of experience, process and client commitment helps in forging long-lasting and successful relationships. Terry takes the time to know clients as individuals and investors, and values the many relationships the team has developed over time.
She is proud to deliver an outstanding level of proactive service and responsive attention to a wide range of clients’ transactional, account and administrative needs.
Terry is a native Philadelphian and has lived in Harleysville, Pennsylvania since joining the firm. She and her husband, Tom, are proud parents of their daughter, Nicole, who attends Kutztown University. An active runner, hiker and lover of the outdoors, Terry dedicates her free to time toward fundraising for local youth outreach programs, assisting communities rebuilding from natural disasters, and providing meals to local food banks and homebound residents.
