Our process consists of:

  • A Needs Assessment to evaluate your plan’s effectiveness, compared with others in the industry. For new plans, we evaluate your business requirements to determine the appropriate retirement plan program
  • Plan Design and Implementation including construction and review of investment menus and education for individual plan participants
  • Plan Investment Tracking using a disciplined process through which we can make fund recommendations, based on risk and performance
  • Employee Communication and Education including enrollment meetings and ongoing seminars to educate employees about utilizing the plan, including choosing distribution elections
