Located in Virginia, it serves clients from around the country, providing the intimacy and personal touch of a small, carefully coordinated financial advisory team connected to the vast resources of a major financial services company.

Cash flow management: The AHM Group uses a process that identifies varying cash flows to help clients understand how much they can spend and still pursue their legacy goals.

Retirement income: Group members develop strategies to help pre-retirees decide how much they will need to retire on their own terms and pursue the lifestyle they desire.

Discretionary portfolio management: You can delegate to Aashish Matani the investment management responsibilities for your portfolios, meaning they have discretion over certain investment decisions surrounding your investment strategy. Once he has confirmed your goals and life priorities, as well as identified your portfolio investment objective, time horizon, risk factor and liquidity needs, he will recommend targeted asset allocations for your portfolios to help meet your specific investment objectives. Granting Aashish authority allows him to respond to market changes, price volatility and global events with the ability to make adjustments, if needed, to help your portfolio stay on track to pursue your goals. To help you monitor and assess performance, he will regularly review your portfolio with you and you will receive periodic communications including monthly statements, quarterly portfolio summary updates and annual performance reports.

Trusts: Providing access to the deep resources of Bank of America specialists, the group can help integrate revocable, irrevocable and charitable trusts into clients' wealth management strategies.

Family office services: The group can offer ultra-high-net-worth clients access to Merrill Lynch's Family Office Services, providing clients a broad array of administrative and advisory services for such complex issues as:
